My name is Hayley and I have always had a passion for supporting people and understanding how they think and feel. I love learning and have developed my knowledge and skills over many years
I would love to be given the opportunity to work with you.
My Relevant Experience

3 years experience counselling people of all ages in private practice

4 years as a bereavement volunteer with Cruse Bereavement Support

12 years as a Volunteer Counsellor with Childline (with experience as a mentor, trainer, supervisor and message board host)

5 years working as a Careers Adviser in Secondary schools and with unemployed adults

Experience counselling unpaid carers

Experience providing counselling to employees experiencing a range of mild to moderate mental health difficulties.

5 years conducting assessments and ensuring individuals were signposted to relevant support for mental and physical health conditions

5 + years as a Training Co-ordinator and Mental Health Trainer designing and delivering face to face and online training for a range of employers and high profile public sector organisations
